Why does the line use four granulators?
Each SWHB1200 granulator (45 KW main motor, 10 rotating knives, SKD11 blades, 800–1,000 kg/h) handles roughly a quarter of the total throughput, so four units in parallel deliver the 3,000–4,000 kg/h target with redundancy — one unit can be serviced while the line keeps running. How does the line achieve low final moisture?
Flakes pass through two high-speed dewatering machines (75 KW, centrifugal force) that strip most surface water, then four RSJ800-class thermal dryers (30 KW heating each) finish the job with hot air, and cyclone separators cool the flakes and remove fines.
